In 1997, we opened our first family bakery, Baker’s. Today, our dumplings, vareniki, manti, khinkali, and desserts are available in convenient freezers all across Spain. Baker’s Trade is a blend of tradition and innovation.
Hand-made folding allows us to add a generous amount of natural filling, and shock freezing helps preserve the freshness, taste, and appearance of each product. We also pay special attention to cleanliness and quality control during production.

How long do frozen products last?
Frozen products can be stored for 180 days at -18°C.
Can I order on the website and pay at the pickup point?
No, but you can select the nearest store, choose and pay for your item there: by card or cash.
What is the advantage of shock freezing?
This technology helps preserve the taste and nutritional value of the products, which remain fresh, aromatic, and retain their shape and appearance after defrosting.
Why handmade dumplings?
Unlike machine stamping, each dumpling gets the proper shape with neatly sealed edges, preventing the filling from leaking during cooking.
