Reserve products for collection from a smart refrigerator;
Locate physical stores and purchase products directly.
3. Reservation / collection process
After selecting a product, the user may:
Place an order online and collect it from one of our smart refrigerators;
Or simply consult the information and purchase the product in-store.
4. Cancellation and returns policy
To cancel an order, the user must do so at least 1 hour in advance.
We accept returns only in cases of a verified product defect.
